Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
IMPORTANT HYGIENE NOTICE
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products, and for the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, have a broken seal, or have been used. Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- The original hygiene seal must be intact and the packaging must be unopened.
- The item must be unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return

- Please note: Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages, Manufacturing Defects, and Issues
We stand by the engineering of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- Manufacturing Defects: If your device has a functional defect (e.g., failure to charge, mechanical failure), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
- Shipping Issues: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal Care & Intimate Goods: For hygiene reasons, all adult toys, lubricants, and personal wellness items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened.
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, per EU law, this right does not apply to sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Items must remain sealed and unused.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (to confirm it remains unsealed). We will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
