1. Discreet Packaging

All BUZZ BLOCK orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. The outside of the parcel does not mention adult products or BUZZ BLOCK. The sender and billing descriptors are kept neutral.

2. Shipping Origin and Method

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China using an available international carrier. The carrier may vary by destination and service level.

3. Processing and Estimated Delivery

• Processing: 1–3 business days for order checks and packaging.
• Standard international shipping: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch when this option is available at checkout.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses and peak seasons may cause delays.

4. Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number is sent to the email used for the order. You can also use the Track My Order link on our website.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for local customs duties or import taxes where applicable.

6. Address Changes
